Try a different browser for your gif uploads. I have no problems.
HOWEVER, if ur uploading to your pictures collection here, or ANY Ning site, that section was never intended for animations. Alternative solution, make you own blog, lock it so only you can use it, and upload all you want.

Well here I am.. the surgery clearly went okay.. 2 tumours removed and all stapled up. Can't wait to heal up and spoil myself with some bubble bars from Lush.
