Dear Jay!
I have decided to share my short stories with you because maybe you’d like my writing and imagination. Mostly the reason I want to share my short stories with you is also because I write from different situations towards life in a more positive way, even when life is not what it seems. What I mean is; imagine been in a shocking situation in life, within relationships with all different people, would you rather tell a writing from a bad point of view, or would you make things improve for the better in a good point of view. That way people could learn from mistakes and become stronger as life goes on. The reason I found the inspiration to write short stories is because I once was gazing out the window and I would see people walking by, and it would make me wonder what their lives are like. It would make me wonder what life stories they have. And sometimes I would write stories for them people. When I say ‘them people’, I could also mean all people individually who would walk by my bedroom window.
So the first story I’m going to share with you is called ‘ The Separation’. This story is based on a young boy’s childhood, as he makes a new friend and his life starts to change, and from my point of view I make the situation change for the better, as the boy and his friend’s life changes for the better in a positive way.
‘The separation!’
Introduction: This is the story about a separation between two siblings at birth and how they find each other through their young lives again!
When Peter was a child he loved to read books and explorer’s and adventure fantasies towards journeys around the world. He always wanted to be an explorer, like the characters in his favourite book as he believed he could then find his mother that way. Peter’s mother left him and his father when Peter was a baby because she was very young and her family moved to England and left Ireland. So Peter’s father looked after him through his life. Peter’s father was Irish and he loved to explore the Irish seas on his boat with Peter during the summer times. Peter loved it too, it made him feel free. Peter loved nature, he loved life from the way he lived, and he respected people which were different from he was. Peter often dreamed of someday reunited with his mother, and he imagined then his father and mother could explore on his father’s boat in the summer together, happily like a real family again. Peter had a brilliant connection and bond with his father, to peter he felt that his father was his best childhood friend. The reason Peter felt these ways, is because he found it difficult making real friends from around his area, to peter he thought that young people didn’t really understand him truthfully. But Peter never cared what people think or about making friends because he loved his surroundings and had animal friends. Peter had a dog named Spot and he always cared for spot and looked after him. Peter sometimes brought Spot on walks in the evenings and when he left the neighbourhood he would see his neighbour Jason mills gazing out his home window at him and Spot. Jason would smile at them both and Peter would wave as he continued his walk with his beloved pet. Spot was well healthy for a dog, Peter would feed him twice a day and he would wash him twice a week also with his father, so Spot was fulfilled and had all he needed from his owner Peter. So Peter and Spot had a great friendship together, Peter learned to realize a dog can be your friend. Peter and his father also built a tree house outside their home in the back garden for Peter. At night Peter and Spot would sit in the tree house and look above at the sparkling night sky at the stars and moon. It lit up Peter’s heart and made him smile and feel good and warm inside.
Soon the summer holidays were over and it was time for Peter to go back to school again. On the first day back there was a new girl in his class, her name was called Danielle and she was a sky young girl but was always nice and friendly to everyone she seen. When school was over that day Peter was on his way back home on the school bus and Danielle suddenly sat down beside Peter. She smiled and said ‘hello Peter’. Danielle then introduced herself to Peter but he didn’t really care, he thought she was pretending to be his friend but when she said she was interested in reading about adventures and fantasy stories, that’s when he changed his mind and started to smile back and get interested in Danielle truthfully. Danielle then felt better because Peter was listening to her and they started to realize that they had a lot in common.
Danielle looked like a tomboy and had dark long hair with light blue eyes. She always smiled and seemed happy most of the time. Soon Danielle and Peter became best friends, and one day on a weekend Danielle was allowed to stay the night at Peter’s home for a sleepover. When she arrived at house they both went out in the tree house and had minerals as they both decorated the tree house in bright colour. They both painted the inside of the tree house, and when it got dark they would both lay down on a blanket together in the tree house as they looked up at the lovely night sky above. They imagined they could be anywhere in the world as they closed their eyes and go beyond whatever their heart’s believed in. When they both opened their eyes they would talk about all the things they loved about life and what they had in common, which would make them smile as they thought that they were like soul mates in capability from their friendship.
The next day Danielle went home with her parents, Peter was so happy he made a new great friend who understood him truthfully for what he really is and feels inside. It made him feel pure happy when he thought about his connection with Danielle. Peter then went to school later that morning and in class Danielle was smiling at him, and Peter felt such happiness and joy inside for someone as lovely as Danielle to really understand and be-friend him, Peter couldn’t describe or put words into this feeling that he felt inside. Peter thought it was a long time that he had a feeling like this, he imagined the last time he felt such a way was when he missed his mother. The next day he invited Danielle over to his house for a new good day together because Peter loved to have fun and time with Danielle whenever he could. Danielle was also the same age as Peter too. When Danielle came to the house that afternoon she would smile at the grown-ups, the only grown-up adult was Peter’s father. Peter’s father was busy decorating the new house with wallpaper. Peter’s father always wanted to be skilful and handy to be helpful, this was a good person for the neighbours. Peter always smiled when Danielle was around him, his eyes would be blazing as he would gleam at the gaze of his sight, as he thought this girl was true beauty to him. Peter would also feel lonely when Danielle was not around, he imagined if she was gone, his life would be a boredom. Danielle actually felt the same way as Peter did deep down and secretly. Peter and Danielle were suddenly in the tree house together, and later that afternoon Danielle watched the sun go down as she told Peter she was adopted. They both then showed each other photos. Peter started to look and feel interested in their conversation. They both had brought family photos to the tree house, and Danielle showed Peter a picture of her birth biological mother. Peter suddenly looked and felt shocked, he stood up while Danielle was sitting and he said ‘ that can’t be your Mother!’. Danielle felt confused and stood up too as she said ‘what’. She then shouted and said ‘ yes that is my mother. She died when I was born’. Danielle started to cry as tears formed down her cheeks as she said ‘ what do you mean Peter’.. Peter then said ‘ I have the same photo, and my father told me she was my mother’. Then they both realized their situation clearly as they both said the same time ‘ we are brother and sister?’. Peter then said ‘ when were you born Danielle?’. She told him the date and month of her birthday and they realized they were both separated at birth. They suddenly realized the friendship they had together was from an unconditional family love feeling. At that moment they both hugged and said ‘I’m glad I found you’. Peter was then crying and he hugged Danielle strongly as he felt their still going to be best friends.. Forever!
In the future!
Peter and Danielle became happily to understand their life story situation and learned to love each other like family. And Peter was right… They were friends forever at this day, and yet they were glad to reunite together again as they both lived happily ever after with their everyday ordinary lives because they believed it was a gift to have each other!
Yours Jay,
Jason Mills!
