The fun with ladders

I'm terrified of heights, I hate going up a ladder, climbing all the way up, then being too scared to come down. Then having the person who put me up the ladder got yelled at and I'm no longer allowed near the large orange ladder in the back.

Two managers at my store right now are telling people that because I'm scared of heights, I shouldn't be near some of the ladders, I have no problem with the step ladders we use on the floor. I'm used as the average shopper so that's why some of our shelves were re-adjusted for people who are 4'9" and some tall people are not complaining.

I'm still not thrilled with going up a ladder and looking down to look scared..
