I'm starting to think my anime community in Colorado are full of idiots! I'm not sure why, and i am seriously thinking it is something in the water or food....or possibly from people dropped on their heads when they were little.

I got so sick of the drama and its BS....I remember a set of unsaid rules in the anime community that were freaking obivious, then the convention drama started with the politics of the convention staff that leaked into the crowd. These problems started the whole rumors and crap to spread around the convention and into the community.

Truth is, I am going to say this, Anime Conventions are not the community, these are just gatherings, not community event. We only use the NDK forum and the Animeland Wasabi forum to talk and communicate, and really socialization. Staff rarely was involved with it.

Yes I'm interested to see what I see in other nations individual's beauty. My preference is tall slim blond/brunette slavic girl(s). I have four perfect polygamous partners and everyone is happy because I have studied polygamy in detail - the most important restriction being that I cannot have a favourite girl. It is interesting to see what people see in other nations, I have seen this in many cultures. I am thinking of the episodes of Taboo from Nat-Geo, they're often times speaking of the different cultural views of what is true beauty and what is not...so yes...I think it is very interesting.

When I was talking about the stupid people, I'm talking of the people in the fandom I'm in currently who have since graduated from high school and are still thinking like this is a high school. I think that anime fandom doesn't need that kind of mentality anymore...it never works

Everything has a time and a place, and things evolve over time and are taken over many times by other ideas and forces. I've seen many socials sites and forums being taken over by other ideas until the original intention is totally lost. Eventually the core just walks away and lets it die.

Drama seems to be a way of life these days turning everything into Jerry Springer as more and more bored people who never had to scramble to make a life for themselves and take care of others in the process.

NOPE...Becca has been cool for as long as I remember, its the younger crowd that is getting to me...but its mostly because of the whole high school mentality that has been sort of appearing
