Say hello to my new depression
When nothng goes right what u feel? I feel totally poor. I miss my x boyfriend and we haven't talk him for about 1 year. He cheated me. And i cant forget it yet. This is the basic thing. Then the vacation started and i still at my country. I cant loose my damn kilos. I feel so ugly. I totally went off. I want to sleep all the day. What should i do? please give me some advise i need it from unknown people not from my best friend or the family members. PLEASE HELP ME.

Eat some ice cream. Watch a movie. Take a walk. Count the stars. Talk to strangers. Buy a dog. Pet a cat. Feed some goldfish. Sing a song. Break a guitar. Throw an apple. Crush a strawberry. Skip a stone. Kiss a stoner. Free a slave and kill its owner... just don't think of that asshole. He'll get what's coming without any assistance. Try laughing at the moon until it feels genuine -it always works for me :)

The BEST action now is to forget all those depressing thoughts!
Indulge in something totally different that will take your mind off the present depressing thoughts!
You need someone to talk to all the time so you don't get opportunity to reflect on thoughts you don't want...
I'm sure there are so many here who will be good friends... :)
