OK, so I'm at work today, minding my own business, trying to fix a swift tagger (for those of you who are not in retail, that's a gunshaped tool that has a needle on it, used to attach tags to clothes) when it slips, the needle jams UNDER my friggin thumb nail, and up through it, breaking a hole through my nail.

Needless to say, it bled.

I don't like blood.

So, like a total baby, I freak out. This older lady at work told me to sit, and I started gagging. It was a lot of blood, okay? lol. So I had to go back to the human resources office with a manager and clean it and fill out three freaking forms telling how I did it, blah blah blah.

But the good news is I got free skittles and a kit kat bar out of it! :) And I was off the sales floor for about 30 minutes, which is always an AWESOME thing.

I still don't like blood, though.

Yeah, it shocked me. I was shaky for a few minutes, but it's fine. I have a tiny puncture wound on my thumbnail, but it's just a little bruised and sore to press on. Not really any worse then most of the other scrapes and bumps I've racked up in the last 21 years, lol.

Sorry, Nater Tott, unfortunately I wasn't in a picture taking mood, lol. My boss was though, maybe I'll ask her for copies. :p
I wasn't aware of the sugar thing though.
