WTF, Bolt?

I miss Bolt in its hayday. Badges, reviews, freebies, Bolt Radio. I loved how Bolt was so lightly moderated, but everyone was responsible enough to post on-topic. Spam, of course, was deleted, but people weren't just running amok. I go to the discussion boards here and it's like what the frig? Perverted discussions on the Bolt information board?
