1 1/4 c All purpose flour
2 tbs Sugar
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 c Milk
1 Large egg
1/4 c Peanut Butter
3 tbs Butter (Melted)

In large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

In another small bowl, whisk milk, egg, peanut butter, and butter

Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture and combine well

5-8lbs Chicken Tenderloin or Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast

4tbs Olive Oil

4tsp. Sugar

2tsp. Salt

2tsp Garlic Powder

2/3c Dijon Mustard

6tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1tbsp Honey

Pepper To Taste



Rinse, pat dry chicken. Cut chicken into nugget size pieces. Set aside



In medium bowl, mix oil, sugar, salt, garlic, and pepper. Toss chicken pieces to coat. Cover and refridgerate 4-24hrs.

It has been years since I was last on Bolt.com and now I have returned. I can't remember my old user name or password, so I am starting over from scratch. I admit I am addicted to social networking sites such as myspace or facebook. I am looking at taking a break from there and try to find some new creative outlets to pursue.
