the reason why i'm so attached to bolt is cos it's the first online community i joined. i think bolt would have stood out had they maintained their unique design, unlike those stereotypical community sites (ie. myspace, facebook).

I had an account I would have to say about 8 or 9 years ago, and I remember they had biorhythms... that's what was different that I don't see but do remember. I had a lot of "blog posts" under my old name, pepeluvr2003, but they probably don't exist anymore...

I used Bolt in my early teens - still in touch with one person I met on here occasionally by email!
The thing I used the most was the tagbook - would be great if they still had that on here!

I used Bolt a lot during school and college...had a few screennames (Adams Song, PunchDrunkLove) and haunted the Tagbook message board..using it like a chat room. Lot of time spent mucking about when I should have been studying..met my ex on here too...great site :)

I used to love bolt....now it's changed so much that I can't even stand to be on it...no more quotes....I don't even see where to earn badges....it used to be awesome, I used to have so much fun...now...it's awful. I'm out. Laterz!

i use to be on bolt all the time long ago i went by the name CryingRiver with a number at the end i think it was 99 its been so long. now i am on Myspace.com but i had to come and see how much bolt has change and i am lost. have i been gone for so long damn i used it i think in 99 or before than. i like it the way it was why did it have to change so much?
i met so many people and when i moved from VA to AZ i made alot of friend using bolt.com.

i remember the old bolt as being a great chat server. i was eggomini back in my day. i started with bolt when i was like 13 or 14, im 25 almost 26 now and its weird being back on here again, but it has changed from my memories of it. wish i could go back to the old days of bolt.

I use to be a member myself. Though I was 15 when I got an account on here, and I am now 20. It changed A LOT, and I miss the old bolt.

I have auto-login each time I visit, hence I dont notice any difference; click on email links takes me straight to the post... :)

I could honestly attribute most of my musical tastes and personality traits to "Old" Bolt... I miss tagbooks and the crazy-active forums. But most of all I miss my fellow Bolties! The most spiffy people I've met on the internet came from Bolt.com. I'm glad it's back, I guess, just nostalgically sad :p

They need to bring back individual tagbooks
