Think of this as a steering committee for future Bolt.com development. Join this group if you have the time and knowledge to not only suggest changes to Bolt, but figure out how to build them either through Ning or OpenSocial.

I think it would be a great idea if on the web page where there are different style sheets, there would be a section where other bolt members could upload their style sheets (since stylesheets are all text, this should be fairly simple, but we should try to figure out a way to view the stylesheet before publishing it on your page) and have everyone vote on the style sheet they like the most.
