Would you rather be a worried genius or a joyful simpleton?

It depends, I have a gloomy view of the world already but I love to be optimistic at the same time. One thing I know for sure, I don't want to be the blissful ignorant at all...in the end we all are puppets for the system...both the genius and the simpleton are.

Can I be a happy starving artist instead?
