from your experience, who are the most romantic men/women on earth(which country/coutries)?

ummmm...its not easy to pick i know, and whats romantic for some could be the total opposite for others, but say something from the little you know. As a guy who is a bit traveled, i give it to a Swedish woman. As for the men, lat the ladies decide.
