First off your profile picture looks alright.... If you want to change your profile picture, make sure your logged in to bolt then go to http://bolt3.com/profile/SARAIROSARIO
Move your mouse over to your profile picture. When your mouse is over it a box should appear saying change photo. Do all the things that bolt ask you to do, and from their you should be able to do it.
