I would like to discuss this religion, it is a peaceful discussion and please no negative views please....
What is your view on the new Wiccans?
What are your favorite holidays?
I happen to LOVE Samhain, and I enjoy the whole concepts that Wicca taught, the idea of peacefulness and also being able to live with how wonderful nature is.

*holds up a goblet* Here here. I have been practicing since I was 18 and you are more right, I was once one of those misguided Wiccans until I really got some education on it. Seriously, I love people who do understand and also I know some AWESOME Christians out there who actually see Wiccans not as misguided or even Satanists, lol...they see us for who we are and what we do.
In the Christian church that one of my friends goes to asked my coven recently to help them with a soup kitchen for the homeless and also a garage sale to help raise money to get food for a food bank. We gladly did it and the church raised up to $2,000.00 and were donated $700.00 from local businesses. The Church as a thank you helped our coven by helping us find a better meeting area and helped the Spiral Scouts we sponsor with their candle sale.
They respected and respected them and we are still working with the church even now, as the holidays are approaching.

I used to be a regular on the Wiccan board on the old Bolt. I thought it was really interesting seeing people with different walks of life. People really misunderstand it and it sometimes attracts the wrong type of people as well. Some people have tried to make money off of the misunderstanding of others. WE used to call them "Fluffers" haha. I have a lot of friends that are specifically Pagan which I generally associate with more earth based old school religious beliefs. I think it is just important to realize that being open and understanding yet educated is really important.
