Hey! Brand new board and I'm the first to post on it! I'm not scarred of the governmment. If they are gonna off me for posting things, so be it. They prolly already killed my favorite people on earth, so I may as well join them. So, whos heard of pussy riot? I don't know a lot, just that it's musical protest for anything! Caught the end of a radio news show but thats it

Pussy Riot is a 3-girl punk rock group in Russia. So, don't worry about being offed by the government unless you go to Russia and support Pussy Riot. Their "crime" was going into a Russian Orthodox church and singing a protest song against their Fascist President Putin. They are in prison and the trial is ongoing. A verdict will be given sometime after the Olympics.
Russians do not have a 1st amendment to protect free speech. Madonna is on tour in Russia right now and has supported Pussy Riot. The Orthodox Church is advocating a boycott of her. The Pussy Riot thing has divided the Russian people. It is a huge controvesrsy over there.
