pwnd, again.

I seriously don't know how the fuck it happened again. But I got key logged again, and this time they got my hotmail account. And with that, they got my wow account, which already got compromised, 2 months ago so I probably won't be able to restore anything again. But honestly, I don't care about that at this point. What I am worried about is all the important information I have in my mailbox. Ugh. I am so pissed. Who knows if I will even be able to restore that e-mail. I use avg and malware bytes so I don't know how this happened. Ugh pissed pissed pissed off right now. I can't even find my discs from when I got this computer to restore everything and start from scratch. Anyone know any other free, good programs that can prevent this from happening to me again?
