New Forums

Great thanks to a number of Bolt folks who found that I could actually setup the forums section sort of like it used to be on Bolt. Specifically thanks to StormyNite who actually sent me a link to the instructions! So I figured out what to do and then went through the old Bolt docs and found one about the old forums and uploaded them to this site. Enjoy!
