Slacker moves to TEXAS

Random shit I feel you must know...... It's hard for a liberal, atheist, abortion lovin gal here in the south. The heat I don't mind, but it's soooo fucking muggy! Everyday!! I not getting the "Texas pride" thing yet. Honestly this state is awful. I am excited to see the gulf coast though. I've seen real, live cactus! And armadillos! Mostly dead though :( This is the first time I've lived in a house with AC, it's awesome. There's a rabbit that lives in our front yard, he scares my husband on a regular basis. There's a major turf war between the birds and squirrels, things are getting ugly. I hate sales tax. Why do some many people around here drive old lady cars with giant ass rims? There's not a lot of outdoorsy stuff to do around here unless you plan on dying of heat exhaustion :( Gas is cheaper :) There's no nice grocery stores around, just Walmart and some place called HEB. People look at me funny when I say pop. Our house has no gutters. ...anyways...miss you guys.
