Welcome to Hell Week

If you work retail you know exactly what I mean by this, I work it and I'm already to prepare myself for the hells of that week. One including going to a sale with a roommate and hoping to god I don't get my arms chewed off by rapid dogs, I mean people. Seriously, the whole term for Hell Week is usually the idea that customers turn from nice civil people to half crazed lunatics on a buying spree who will destroy anything their hands come in contact with.

Then again there are some customers that are like that year around and usually come with a horde of five to six kids, like they are teaching the next generation of lunatics. No offense to those who have that many kids who are complete civilized people.

This is just one of the worst weeks of the year for anyone....gladly, I have Monday the start of this hell and Friday the end of hell off. Then again, I don't think Saturday and Sunday are all that bad...but seriously my work should consider paying us extra for dealing with the lunatics.

If anyone has a problem with the Black Friday like I do, please let it be known on this page, because seriously, it really is bad enough.

So I'm going off to the Zoo with my friends and enjoy this seemingly uneventful day, let's hope.

I agree on both sides of this, I think even though I work for a retailer, and they have me working on Thanksgiving at night...I'm happy to have Black Friday off, my fiance and I are going visiting family.
