Stupid People!

What is up with trying to scam companies? So I work for a call center for several different loan companies...I know I know...I am the DEVIL!!!! Don't worry I do lots of community service to make up for my guilt! Not really. Hey I needed a job. They were hiring and I have a son that needs to eat. But anyway. So today we have this lady that has filled out like 6 different applications online. They all have different socials and names. Names are matching up with socials in our scans. But they all work for the same company and bank at the same place. So basically we have a lady that has stolen people at her works information and is trying to use that to have loans deposited into her account under their names! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT SHIT?!?! It's totally ridiculous! Some people are going to be very pissed if they find out what she is doing. I mean I guess she thinks we are stupid here and arent going to notice it! We have denied all the applications coming in and she just keeps filling them out! One of the managers went as far as to call the bank and let them know what was going on, but they say they cannot do anything. Okay so hello bank one of your customers is committing IDENTITY THEFT on people and there is nothing you can do! What is the world coming to? CRAZY PEOPLE!
