Bomberman's one hell of a classic. I haven't had the pleasure to play that one, but the N64 and GB games me and my friends played got way crazy.
Outside of Goldeneye, Halo series, Team Fortress 2, Twisted Metal series, later Mario Karts, Extreme G, and SSBB, I can think of any others. Though, 4 player co-op in Tales of Symphonia was fun. Gunbound is another that was fun, but most players these days make the game less entertaining. I mostly play 1 vs 1 games now.
Gunbound vid, you may not like the music.

Top Multi Player games I have been playing lately have been Castle Crashes for Xbox Arcade. Star Craft 2, Diablo 2, Tales of Vesperia was a blast as well when I was playing with my bro. Borderlands. Those are just to name a few.
