I too joined back in 1998. I was kcbeav51. I was very active on the boards. I miss the good ole' days of Bolt!

I joined in '98. It was offered through hotmail as you signed up. I was lilitalianita on the Sex Q's board.

I don't remember when i joined. i think it was 98. my wife and i accidentally met on bolt, so it's always been kind of special to us.

I didn't learn about it until maybe '98. Can't remember which concert I went to but the swag was an inflatable Bolt beach ball. A couple days later I checked it out and got my friend into it. Gosh, we stayed active 'till about 2001, chatting in N*SYNC chat rooms ^_^ heh, we had so much fun

The original Bolt started sometime around 1996. I joined as a freshman in HS in that year, and it was very, very small.

For the most part I loathed the badge thing, excepting the fact that I trumped most people in membership-year badges.

I joined somewhere in the 90s after Hotmail died out I miss clubs and badges too and member of the day I always wanted to be member of the day :)
