Nothin' like the present...

[It is New Years Eve 2011. The BEWF has a huge, but surprising show tonight. The owners of the BEWF have comprised a great roster of old and new stars for this final 2011 event. Invited back as special guest commentators are Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawlor. The theme of this year's finale card is "old skool meets new blood." We go to ringside with our color commentary team as the show progresses.]

JR: "King, it is an UNbelievable event tonight. We have a ladies triple threat match between Vonica Helms, Evil Em, and Jerrica Sexton! None of these ladies have ever faced each other."

KING: "And no surprise JR, there will be puppies galor! Ohhh I can't wait!"

JR: "Easy there, King. Let's not get too overly excited before the action."

KING: "What about the BEWF title match? Hell in a Cell! I hope JC Nyce busts open that punk Terry Prowess!"

JR: "Terry Prowess has worked his way right up the roster to get this title shot at heavyweight champi..." (Music interrupts)

KING: "Whose comin' out here JR?! Is this a scheduled interview?"

JR: "Not that I know of, King."

[The lighting suddenly dims down quite a bit. Somewhere I Belong by Linkin Park is heard over the P.A. system. The fans completely erupt as they see who walks through the curtain from the back. "Mean" Mike Devenoux appears with his hands up in the air. He spits out water or some drink as he starts to walk down the aisle.]

KING: "It's MEAN MIKE! WHAT THE? When did he get here?"

JR: "When was he even HIRED to be here? This IS a surprise."

KING: "Maybe he's back out from retirement!"

JR: "That would be shocking since his major injury in 2007."

[Devenoux walks right up to the Spanish announcer's table and swipes a mic. He walks to the apron of the ring and slides inside. He starts jogging around the ring and then makes the hand gesture for passing a joint. He raises one hand to try to quiet the fans.]

MMD: "WEEEEELLLLLLL....WHAT THE EEEEEFFFFF BEWF!??" (Huge reaction from the crowd) MAN! It has been waaaaaay toooooooo loooooooong since I said THAT! (Laughs) So... What kind of matches are here tonight? I THINK I saw Twisted Killer back there. Or...what's left of his old ass." (Some boos and cheers)

KING: "HAHAHA!! That's right Mean One! TK is way old. He's older than me, JR!"

JR: "Stop it King, He is not older than you."

MMD: "So my ex-wife is....I mean...two of my ex-wives are here tonight. Jerrica Sexton is actually wrestling and apparently I saw Vonica Helms. Where did they cough up this bunch of nursing home patients? Belleview? Give me a break! Ah, so yall are probably wondering why I have this old EWO title belt around my waist. (huge fan reaction) If memory serves me correctly...and I know it does...I retired undefeated. If it wasn't for Jeeves and my own flesh and blood Jason Michael taking me out and shelfing me...I'd still be the world champion. BUUUUT...alas, there is no more Empire Wrestling Organization. So I thought to myself, what is the next best thing? Well gee...Bolt Extreme Wrestling Federation is still here! Why not come back there?" (huge reaction)

KING: "Is he really back? WHAT the?"

JR: "He can't be serious, King! His neck was badly damaged at the hands of the two men he just mentioned, Jeeves and Jason Michael."

MMD: (Music is heard and Mike looks towards the back) "So I have company already!"

[Green pyrotechnics flare up and the sounds of Smoke 2 Joints by Sublime hits the P.A. The fans go nuts as Devenoux's old partner Dan Roman appears. He starts walking down to the ring and already has a green mic in hand. He slowly steps through the ropes without taking an eye off Devenoux.]

JR: "Could this get any crazier! Dan Romen? What in the world...has the Potheadz reunited?"

KING: "This can't be! But it would be great JR!"

MMD: "Dan the man...am I actually seeing what I am seeing? Are you..." (interrupted)

DR: "Save it Devenoux! Just cut the sh*t! (huge fan pop) I don't get it man. You just show up here and flash that old piece of junk belt around and make people think you still got game. Well WAKE UP BITCH! I AM THE ONLY GAME...DAN....THE GAME....RRRRRROOOOMENNNN!"

MMD: "See GAME....it wasn't supposed to go down like this. You're in the way, bro! JC Nyce was supposed to come out here and trash talk me and then...well, nevermind. It's too late. Awww screw it! Lights out!" (suddenly the lights go out and it's pitchblack.)

KING: "Who turned out the lights!? Come on Devenoux!"

JR: "We got trouble, King. Wait...lights are back. Look in the ring!"

KING: "Matt McNew?! And two masked guys! LOOK OUT GAME!"

Devenoux nails Roman with the mic and it shatters into pieces. The two masked guys pound on the Game. The three get him down and begin a Horsemen style stomp job. Devenoux goes outside and gets a chair. He tosses the announcer to the floor to grab it. He gets back into the ring and tells the masked men to hold The Game still.

KING: "They're gonna injure Dan Roman! What the? Don't do it Mike!"

JR: "Dan the Game Roman is in big trouble here. it's about to become a bad night."

Devenoux winds up and nails Dan in the head with the chair. The masked wrestlers let him fall to the mat. Mike signals for Matt McNew to go up top. McNew flies off and nails an elbow into the Game, which sends him coughing and rolling around holding his throat.

MMD: "THE BELT IS JUST A REMINDER! I AIN'T OUT OF RETIREMENT! SHOW EM BOYZ"

The masked wrestler start to remove the masks. They toss the masks out into the audience. JC Nyce and Mike Chainz!

JR: "I...I am SPEECHLESS! Devenoux is associated with the BEWF world champion and Mike Chainz?"

KING: "THIS IS GREAT JR! I love it!"

MMD: (picking the green mic up) "Thanks DAN!" (Devenoux slaps Roman's face and then kicks him to the outside of the ring onto the floor.) JC? This....belongs to YOU! (Devenoux takes off the EWO title belt and places it over the shoulder of BEWF world champion JC Nyce, who already has the BEWF title around his waist.)

JCN: "Mean One...it is an HONOR...to have you in my corner. To have the greatest mind in wrestling and hardcore king, Mike Devenoux seconding you is just perfect! I am also honored to be joined by Mike Chainz and Matt McNew. What a team, right?"

MMD: "Take a look people! The name of this group is Gen Y. Too good to be called Gen X and too experienced to be called Gen K. Tonight, JC Nyce will retain the BEWF world title and Terry Prowess will go back to where he belongs...the jobber locker room. (all laugh) HAHAA!!"

MATT: "It's GREAT...to be back! WOOOOOO!!"

ALL: "WOOOOOOOO!!!"

JR: "Gen Y is the newest stable here in the BEWF. I hope Terry Prowess doesn't make too many enemies here."

KING: "He's already got the wrong ones to start, JR! You don't want Devenoux and company on your bad list."

[The big screen powrs up and flashes of blue and purple go on the screen. Suddenly, Terry Prowess is there. He begins speaking.]

TP: "Hey JC? I see you can't fight your own battles. You gotta find 2 old geezers and a nobody to help you. Devenoux? I watched you when I was like 8. As far as I am concerned, you are just a Bobby the Brain Heenan of the 21st century. A WEASLE! Don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong tonight. Matt McOld? Is that you? Oh gee, I didn't recognize you without your joint and squinty eyes! HAHHAHAA! JC Nyce...I am taking that world title tonight and sending you off the top of the cage! Peace out boys!"

JR: "Terry is not afraid of anyone. He reminds me of another Terry with a quite similar tenacity. Terry Allen, also known as Magnum T.A."

KING: "I faced Terry Allen a couple of times, JR! He was a tough individual."

JR: "Devenoux and company heading out of here finally."

[The night has been filled with controversy and surprises. Titles have changed hands, while superstars have made their return to the ring tonight. The main event is just moments away. JR is discussing the last match with The King. We go to ringside where the color commentary team is continuing.]

JR: “It is no surprise, King, that Terry Prowess has not been seen tonight. He doesn’t want any risk of injury at the hands of Gen Y.”

King: “I thought I saw Mike Chainz looking around Terry’s locker room area! I bet if he found him he would of took matters into his own hands and I wish he did! Terry Prowess needs that attitude wiped right off his face!”

JR: “Let’s go back and take a look at what went down during the ladies legends match earlier on tonight.”

[The screen powers up and the camera zooms in for the prior match between Jerrica Sexton and Vonica Helms. It is already far into the match.]

Jerrica has Vonica set up for the Sexton Swanton Bomb. She goes up top and comes down hard. She covers Vonica Helms for the pin…1…2…suddenly, the referee is distracted by Mike Chainz up on the ring apron.

JR: “What is he doing out here? Come on Chainz, get out of here! What interest does he have in the outcome of this match, King?”

King: “He doesn’t need any interest J.R.! He just wants to show off in front of these two cougers!”

JR: “Oh stop it King. Ok here comes Jerrica…”

Sexton shoves the referee out of the way and dropkicks Mike Chainz off the apron. The audience erupts as Helms is back on her feet and stalking Sexton from behind. Jerrica turns around and gets a huge kick to the gut. Vonica sets her up and drops a modified version of the pedigree.

JR: “Pedigree! Pedigree by Vonica Helms! This could be over!”

King: “Here comes Mean Mike!”

JR: “Here we go! Devenoux is going to stick his nose into the match between his two ex-wives.”

Devenoux steps through the ropes as referee John Davison starts to voice his complaints. Devenoux thumbs him in the eye and then delivers a vicious clothesline onto the ref. Suddenly, Devenoux grabs Vonica by the hair and drags her off of Jerrica Sexton. Devenoux plants a huge kiss on her lips, which is met with a slap to the face from Helms. Devenoux smiles sadistically and he then grabs her by the throat. Mike Chainz attempts to grab Jerrica, but she nails him with a low blow. The fans react loudly, which causes Devenoux to turn around. Devenoux throws Vonica right into the path of Jerrica Sexton and the two slam into each other.

[The lights dim and the flash of silver and yellow pyrotechnics explode. The fans all look towards the door. Devenoux is also looking there as the two female competitors have stepped outside the ring. Mike Chainz is continuing to yell things at them. Suddenly, down from the roof comes someone on a cable.]

King: “Look up there J.R.!!! Oh my God! It’s Terry Prowess!”

JR: “Prowess is falling right down towards Devenoux! He just dropkicked Chainz out of the ring!”

Devenoux goes to deliver a right hand shot, but it is blocked by Prowess. Terry lifts Devenoux up and delivers his own move, the Devenator! Devenoux is out. Chainz gets back in and walks right into his own taste of the Devenator! Terry Prowess is screaming out with momentum.

[We return to the live cut as JR and the King discuss what they just reviewed.]

JR: “Terry Prowess surprised the hell out of everybody with his unorthodox entrance.”

King: “He’s gonna get it tonight when the world champ JC gets a hold of him! He’ll regret attacking members of Gen Y!”

JR: “I guess we’ll find out right now. Let’s go to the ring where announcer Jack Fitzwilliam is ready to introduce the main event.”
