Member created stylesheets

Hey,
I think it would be a great idea if on the web page where there are different style sheets, there would be a section where other bolt members could upload their style sheets (since stylesheets are all text, this should be fairly simple, but we should try to figure out a way to view the stylesheet before publishing it on your page) and have everyone vote on the style sheet they like the most.

The bolt mods might want to look into how other companies do this kind of thing. (i.e. Mozilla has user created templates for the web browser, so obviously they monitor this somehow too).
Rian, if you go into the options for modifying your appearance, one of the pages will display CSS code, where you can modify your colors or background images, or anything else you want to add to your page.
Think of the CSS like a blue-print of how you want your page to look.

Why is that?
It just has to be developed properly, so that style sheets could be added to people's pages.

I have more than enough CSS experience (about 3 or 4 years), but not a whole lot of design experience, so this would be a great way for us to work together.
9 could think/create different themes and then we could discuss how to make them functional in CSS so that they would follow the CSS standards.
I could help in thinking of themes, but that is mostly graphic-stuff. But I'll work on the technical.
