A group for people who think that the endings of most trilogies suck except the original 3 star wars movies which was actually pretty cool

in this group you can talk about trilogies like the matrix, back to the future, jaws, lord of the rings and any others that I may be forgetting. All of these trilogies have had really bad endings and could have been done a lot better.

classic eastwood...just watch AMC long enough and they'll go through the entire eastwood collection

Ah here is a trilogy that progressively got better and ended with one of the greatest scenes ever.

Sergio Leone's "The Man with No Name Trilogy"

A Fistful of Dollars was good
For A Few Dollars More was great
And The Good, The Bad And The Ugly was just awesome

the end was a bit dialogue heavy, but the acting was good enough
to not lose too much faith in the overall product...

the end of kill bill while understated wasn't intended to be like the
other 'kills'

I can see where you'd want more of a fight, but that's why the
5-point palm exploding heart technique was introduced earlier in the
film before she gets trained by pei-mei

The eagles couldn't have made it to Mordor because of the Nazgul and the Fell Beasts. The only reason they helped was because they knew that it was the final stand.

Matrix = Disappointment in the ending

Lord Of The Rings = Epic

Back To The Future = #1 was enough

Jaws = I live in Florida, Movie sharks are lame

Star Wars = The New Generation BLOWS DICK
Star Wars = The Old Generation CLASSIC

Austin Powers = Hilariously Corny...Another Soon?

Godfather = Eh...if you're into that

Pirates Of The Caribbean = WTF?

Hannibal Lecter Movies = Silence Of The Lambs is best

Underworld = Should've been one long movie - stretched too far

Terminator = #2 was the best...AhhNold should stick to politics now

First off, Star Wars ended on a shitty note. Fuckin muppets beat The Empire?! I call shenanigans.

Godfather trilogy badass. Pt.3 was ruined by the "acting" of Sofia Coppola. I swear Andy Garcia carried that film.

The Matrix series tried too hard and simply became an effects trilogy.

Now on to praise. Evil Dead series...'nuff said

LOTR. Pt3 won an academy award. Once again, 'nuff said.

Romero's original Dead trilogy was great.
