Your worst fashion mistakes...

What would you say were your worst fashion mistakes? It can be hairstyle, makeup, underwear showing for baggy trousers, or a certain type of look you were going for. I'm trying to illustrate a mini-book on people's fashion mistakes for fun, so any help would be appreciated.

Coloring my hair a shade that was way too "warm" for my skin. It was a warm brown that ended up turning a reddish color against my "cool" skin tone. It looked very unnatural. I'm still growing out the lighter hair color. Never go permanent unless you found a color that suits you and it's by a professional! It always fades into a reddish, brassy tone especially in the sun!
