What's the worst natural disaster you been through??

The worst experience i had i was almost drowned when i was 9 and i think only god himself saved me that day cause i didnt know how to swim.Water every where and i couldnt do nothing and all of a sudden when i thought im not gonna see ma granny again a hand pulled me out of the water and I still dont know who was it.

I have seen a tornado before. And a tree fell on my house in a category 1 hurricane but nothin to bad

Yep, that's one of mine too.
I was around for the 87' quake too but was a baby at the time.

Anyways more recently, the 1999 tornado that hit downtown here. I was in the tornado's path and that was pretty gnarly.

Pretty sure it'll be the only one I'll ever experience. As far as I know, it was only the second tornado ever recorded in this state.

Last year in Abruzzo, 120 km from where I live... the company where I work has a warehouse there and few people I knew died.... we could feel it here and few buildings were damaged, all the aftershocks we also felt here... usually were I live is a danger zone (yellow zone from volcano Vesuvio) and small earthquakes every month... :o/

Well... I live here since long and the idea is going to Postdam (near Berlin) but in a couple of years. I live in Salerno, in the city and here we dont have those big floods... but my gf has to drive through this small town Atrani to go to work... was lucky that she was working already when this happened...
