i must say you left me speechless. i been a bad girl need a spanking. thank's for wanting me back. i know the whole story now and im sorry. i should have never came online that day as i was already fired up about something offline just been tensed up lately. today i seen that video you had "talking crissy doll" made me laugh as my real middle name has "chris" in it how'd ya know ;)

there are songs i listen to that make it impossible to stay stuck in a bad mood. "hands up" from club med, "jump" by van halen and anything by kc and the sunshine band and julieta venegas work for me. corny but works, too: making a list of every good thing i can think of helps shift the negative things to the side. and reminding myself that like a radio or tv, i can change the channel, and instead of thinking about stuff that's going to piss me off or depress me, i can just as easily think about the good people in my life, the blue sky, flowers, inspirational words, my home and garden, etc. exercise is fabulous too as long as it's something i enjoy. i hope you have many, many more happy days than sucky ones.

*I occasionally use stumbleupon but now I'm into stalking peoples tumblrs and stealing pics.
*Gummy worms/bears, swedish fish, mini twix- and I love my Arizona Iced Teas or Sprite
