1] Listen to post-rock, Enya, classical, nature sounds. It most certainly has a way of making me smile and relax.
2] Take long walks during dusk (preferably in the forest) Indulging in the beauty of nature is refreshing yet soothing.
3] Day dream; mentally invent a captivating, imagery filled story/scenario.
4] Spend time with friends, the boyfriend, cousin, etc. I'm usually laughing in no time.

i know she's into the drug's i seen her all high on the board's before she couldn't even write strait. i seen her mention cocaine before. bet she's on worse shit like crack/herion or meth? i hope not a small girl like that, that shit take her out if she over doe's it.

i lost alot of freind's to hard drug's. me i just smoke weed i don't even drink anymore. the bar scene suck's nowaday's if i drink i want to go somewhere and thier's no where to go!
