What are your guilty pleasure shows?

I don't want much TV but there are some shows I CANNOT BELIEVE I have been suckered into.
These are shows I do not like to admit to watching, but since this is the internet, who cares :P

The Hills- I don't know why ones drama in life is so entertaining to watch.

Real Housewives of New Jersey- holy shit. I didn't even know about this show until one day nothing was on and there was a marathon of the full season. Lets just say I didn't leave my couch at all that night. :/

Secret Life of an American Teen .... That show is oddly addicting because I have to tune in and see what they've screwed up next. VH1 Reality show - I want to jump through the screen and beat the ever lovin daylights out of them but I can't stop watching either.
