Hey Vintage Bolt Members - You know who you are. It's been a long time and this site has changed sooo much - Do you remember?

I remember back in the day spending hours wasting away on bolt but it was so worth it and i made some amazing friends i still talk to now. The boards were the place to be, i met so many amazing people in the gaming boards. I was a member when badges were hard but fun to obtain and i had like 36 before bolt went under. My old names were Metalgamer and GamerHPinfinity. Yeah I had two lol. I just came back today to bolt seeing as I am bored on myspace and facebook. Was hoping maybe bolt can cure some of this boredom. Seems all bolt has done is become a cheaper version of facebook and myspace combined lol Oh well. Still killed a few minutes being here and maybe sticking around will pay off in the long run.

Yes I cant believe its changed so much brings back the memories when I was studying for my GCSE's chatting away on BOLT and UK chat??anyone remember?? That's been shut down now! I was a member here back in the days of 98' my member name was rockgoff60. But anyhow hopefully will be here to stay this time round as getting bored of the FB I just came back today as I wondered what happend to this site.... Good time's..v xo

Oh yeah, I remember. I joined back in 98' lol practically the day I turned 13, I wasted too much time! Fun times though i still speak to most of the people I met, and have actually met and become good friends with a few of them! I was chici_blonde71 back then. Started this one a few months back, its changed sooo much, I so miss the old bolt!

Yes, I used to be DiaNa208 in the old Bolt. I was really proud of my hard-earned badge collection and tried to make interesting Tagbook questions, I remember. The good ol' days...

I joined in 1999 when I was 14 (I was Kate7950)...which I think was the youngest you could be. Around here they would show commercials on MTV for Bolt and I got curious and went on the site, only to find I was like 2 months shy of being old enough to join. So for the next 2 months I couldnt wait to be 14 so I could join, cause you know I was a good girl and didn't fake my age. ;)

I remember the tagbooks page having a little message board on it that you could use to advertise your tagbook....which was basically used as a chat room instead LOL.

I also remember Bolt Radio and how you could submit songs to them to play and you would get a badge.

Old Bolt was a good time.
