In Wisconsin it doesn't matter what race you are. If you're a disabled male you have just as good of a chance as if you were an able bodied female. Which is close to none. BUT if you were a pregnant female or have a child with you you have 100% chance of getting some kind of assistance.

My parents just had food stamps and they could have blown the entire thing on ice cream and cookies if they wanted to. Are they going to be allowed to plan out our meals then? I agree people shouldn't use it for drugs, but put yourself in their shoes. They're struggling and if anyone needs an escape it's them.

I'm not attacking him, I'm just sharing my opinion.
I didn't say all drug users turn to that, but a lot of them do. Drug use doesn't exactly inspire people to do better things for their lives, they tend to keep slipping further and further.

Also, how can you use hard drugs without breaking laws??
