Well if anyone cares I'm just now getting around to throwing that chat together, im probably just going to get a free applet from somewhere and customize it to an existing server for now, should be up by tomorrow if anyone cares, restarter was on for a while today so we may see something happening before to long, hopefully we can get everything fixed soon, it is bullshit what jer did but no amount of bitching about it is going to fix anything, we should all just do our part and post creative original content and show restarter we arent just a bunch of whiny bitches that dont deserve this website. Maybe if we show that he will keep the site running instead of just pulling the plug after so many failed attempts.

If the events which I assume happened, then you shouldn't be surprised. Jer has a history of being unstable and does very rash actions. As soon it got too tough to run the site, he split and made sure everyone else paid for it. As far as I am concerned, it has nothing to do with the community; he took a responsibility which usually doesn't reap many rewards and decided to be irresponsible. Not cool.

I am going to see if I can convince Bolt_Restarter in making me a temporary admin and restore wordbaby and Sh|nk's moderator status, and the site's original content. I've had some limited experience in coding the site, so I should be competent enough in remaking it. Even if Bolt becomes headless with an inactive admin, at least we'll still have the ability to chat, post and share.

I would second that 9, you are more than capable to be an admin and seem very good at it...sadly, Jer made the wrong decisions and look what happened. So hopefully we can get things back to normal soon.
