Russias going down. They are projected to loose 46 million people by 2050, bringing the total population of Russia to 100 million. They only have 140 million right now. Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkmenistan, and other previous soviet satellite states are forgoing the Treaty Organization Russia wants to use to counteract NATO. These countries would much rather have western aid then russian. What it comes down too are these 2 articles

I think Russia is seriously declining, and if decides to go back to war again with any of its neighbors, it could be Putin's afganistan, where Russia's government collapses yet again.

That's bullshit I dont think so because Russia is not gonna fall or Collasped and I can get one point clear to you their not and I will say Russia Empire can rise again and I believe that God can make Russia stronger again as it say in the Book of Ezekiel right on Chapter 38-39 as Russia is trying to put all the former soivets Union together instead of break into parts or pices here.

It serves as a rallying point and arms supplier to thugs the world over that want leverage in their anti-Western agendas. For the last five years, its foreign policy can be reduced to 'Whatever the United States is for, we are against.' The geopolitical message is clear to both the West and the former Soviet Republics: don't consider NATO membership."

George Will in "Russia's Power Play:"

"...Russia's aggression is really about the subordination of Georgia, a democratic, market-oriented U.S. ally. This is the recrudescence of Russia's dominance in what it calls the 'near abroad.' Ukraine, another nation guilty of being provocatively democratic near Russia, should tremble because there is not much America can do. It is a bystander at the bullying of an ally that might be about to undergo regime change."

The geo-political ramifications of the war between Russia and Georgia are enormous. Others also believe this past week's war may have profound prophetic significance.

"The nations listed in Ezekiel will begin to align with this power from the north that is seeking a renewed role in world influence. The Cold War is over, and the thaw has occurred. Now these nations will become "hot" in the next 10 years. A new river of terror will begin to flow from the north." But God!

"The above quotes from God's Unfolding Battle Plan are very important to read because of the impact that the events beginning in that region will have on the realignment of the nations worldwide.

At the very least there will be a major change in government. The world yawned as it took Russia 5 days to take over tiny Georgia. America would have done it in about 12 hours. We took Iraq over in 3 weeks. I saw pictures of the Russian troops - some were young adults who looked like kids, with sloppy untucked shirts and adidas tennis shoes on, unlaced. In war. The country itself will not collapse, its military will always make sure of that, but the government could. If Putin is stupid enough to start another war it could be His Afganistan - meaning it could be the war that finishes him.
The country spans 11 time zones yet only has 146 million. The whole country isnt put together in roads and highways like America or Europe. You can't take a drive through all of Russia. Eventually you would have to take a train or a plane to the next city.
The country's first transcontinental road became operational only a few years ago. Russia is double the size of all 50 U.S. states combined. It has 1 river that can be used to transport goods, but that river (Volga) is frozen most of the year.

I could care less what BS articles you are quoting, UinUtah, besides with all that religious stuff you look like a madman. I get my info from themoscowtimes.com (one of the few media sources in Russia that doesnt print exactly what the kremlin tells them to print). Russia is looking pretty week right now. Its former satellite states are using their newfound independence to make closer ties to the west, and the only thing Russa can do about it is stomp their foot on the ground like a little baby throwing a temper tantrum.

ok fisrt of all American didnt take over Iraq, it removed its source of government. Something that people like you dont realize is that you cant "take over" the middle east. Far greater armies than that of the Americans have tried and failed. you didnt take it over, youre mearly there as spectator as a new regime will come into power and start doing the exact same thing as Saddam did.
