I'm new to bolt and don't come on all the time. I logged in today and it said my picture had been featured yesterday. What does that mean?

It means nothing. They pick some active users and mix in some new ones.

If you look here you will see your picture featured at the top. If one of the mods likes a picture I believe they feature it. I've never done so myself, but someone must be doing it. =)
