I don't mind someone editing the look of the top web banner from time to time and I don't care if that guy is smoking pot in the center of the banner. I just think the banner could have been edited more then just using a simple paint program to change it.

I'm not trying to imply  the person is simple minded. Maybe they are supper smart, but I think they could of used a better graphic art program and spent more time with it to get a better end result.
