Oh, he is American. The K-1 Visa is Fiance status papers.
We filed the papers in November, so if we were to elope now the K-1 Visa would be obsolete and we'd have to start all over again filing a K-3 Visa.

I just don't know what is taking them so long, they already took his money too.
