How would You describe a douchebag person?

my sister is in love with a douchebag who they have a daughter together. He is unemployed, goes out with his friends all the time and no matter where they go, the friends are there. . The guy has tattoos on his face and arms. Is fat and lazy. He is gonna be 21, she is like 18.

I really dont know what to do. They live with his mom, 2 sisters, another baby and the moms boyfriend. Its getting frustrating because she wants to go to school but no, shes waiting for him. He is home all the time but she take the baby with her because she dont trust him. What the hell. Is he a douchebag? Much more details to come.

Is it something awesome like a skull with a dagger through it, with a snake around it, and the whole thing's on fire? or something tribal? and if its something tribal, is it something he has a legitimate cultural claim to wear on his face, or is it a serious insult to those people, like a white person getting Maori patterns on their face, which would (and should) get you beat up by every Maori you come across...

Personally, I'm not sure what you're waiting to intervene for. Either your sister likes him enough to deal with his crap, or you need to educate this guy on how to properly take care of your sister.
