I saw a link....I think it was on hotmail or something.

Well back in the day. For this site I just randomly typed in the web address to see if it was running again.

From what I remember back in the day when you signed up for Hotmail there was a page that came up with other sites you may want to check out, and Bolt was one of them. That's how I found the initial site, back in August of 1999.
