I take ice cold showers too! my blood is 4% lower than other people`s and my blood is a little darker so wen i take warm or hot shower i get real sore

warm i guess, but right before i get out i make it scorching, like unbearably hot, because then i don't feel horribly cold when i get out. i welcome the coldness instead.

Amen. I use an apple cider vinegar/water rinse for softness and shine before conditioning once a month. Very healthy for hair.
