Horse Racing - America?

I am a pretty huge horse racing fan in Australia we have some pretty amazing races. I'm curious to find out what the American Horse Racing is like, if its huge like it seems to be in Australia.

 

I've tried to find some online gambling sites to have a look at cards and meetings but cant really seem to find them, maybe i'm not looking hard enough but is HOrse Racing in america a huge deal? also if anybody knows a website can you share the link.

The Kentucky Derby can be a bug deal for some. All I know about it is the women wear big, funny looking, floppy hats.

And I think there's some gambling that goes On. Yep, that's pretty much all I remember.

I think ive heard of the kentucky derby. We can beat on some races from sportsbet.com.au but there has to be more in America. Like over here we have a TAB which is a gambling booky, there has to be some in australia. but then theres also centrebet, sportsbet, sportingbet, luxbet and it goes on and on lol.

It's hugely popular in Kentucky. A few other southern states have smaller horse racing tracks. These days the biggest race in America seems to be Nascar.
