yes, charges were dropped but i was arrested in nashville once for public intoxication for walking down the street after the club had closed on the way back to the car with an open beer in each hand, 1 beer in each of my 4 jean pockets, and 3 beers in the pockets of my jacket. i tried explaining that i knew being drunk in public was illegeal, but being drunk in a bar wasnt and i only left because the made me and i was on my way to my car and i had a sober driver all attempts to avoid arrest failed miserably.... but at least i knew how to take advantage of last call for alcohol.

I haven't. But I have developed a 5 point plan for surviving if I was in jail. (I've also developed them for other unlikely scenarios, such as a zombie outbreak).

1. I have to use that fact that I've been to college and am at university in some way. Just sell the fact that I have knowledge.

2. I have to find someone who is physically strong to try and save me from the big men and the soap-dropping and the bumming.

3. I have to make sure that this person ISN'T a person who will...bum me.

4. I need to have some commodity I can sell. So I need to have some deal with someone I knew on the outside, to sell something like cigarettes to other inmates.

5. To get a PHD while I was in there.

To cut a long story short, I did a terrible, terrible thing but I got away with it.

er.. i was arrested at school for fighting ..but not really arrested if you know what i mean, pretty stupid shit really when i was like 15.. plus i got a ticket when i was 16 for drinking in the street, but gave my cousins name so i didnt even pay it =(
