Things have happened to me, and I'm almost certain all of the above exist... but how to prove it, right??? Hence I shouldn't say they 'exist' when I have no reasonable way to prove it!

Things have happened to me as well.
A few years ago, one night the most scariest thing happened. I woke up in this panic mode, and i was so scared, all i could think of was run out.
I got up from my bed , and was about to head out the door when I bumped into this at LEAST 7 ft entity. I felt like something took over my body for at least 8 seconds and I had this urge of wanting to slash my wrists [ AND I am not suicidal or have ever though of such things in my life. ] It was so fucking weired.

I can't even remember what happened next. All I remember was going downstairs all confused and my dad thought i was tripping on something, but I wasn't.

I know it is hard to belive, and you may all think I am whack but that is one of my stories.

I have always been sensitive to these kinds of things since i was 4, and i have lots of other stories. :/

I have no trouble believing your story… probably because I sometimes see things & I somehow know things that are impossible for me to know & because I have had a few hard-to-believe experiences…
Never interacted with entities that big though… usually they are my height or a bit shorter (I'm 6ft tall)… hmmm… also sometimes is somewhat undetermined because they are not complete or they are deformed…

Yeah, a few months leading up to this upfront encounter I was always seeings these shadow people darting by me for a split second probably 5 times a day.
I got so used to it after awhile but then that happened.

My little sister does that. She is about ten years old, and she wakes up in a panic, and she says later that she couldn't breathe when she woke up, and that she tried to scream. and that she feels like there is a huge weight on her chest. And as soon as it is let up a little, she runs to my room. Most nights she ends up in my room. She says that she feels safer in there.

I do believe in string theory and m-theory (ie the multi-verse concept and alternate universes). I have a theory that some paranormal activity is caused by a higher than normal EMF field that allows two parallel universes to overlap.

my alternate counterpart in the mirror universe has a goetee. lol :D

Yes Yes and yes. Although, the metauniverse may be the most difficult to prove (you can call an Afterlife a meta-universe).
Ghosts and paranormal can be interchangable. However, paranormal is more of a generic/vague term than ghost. It would be very tough for someone to say they do not believe in the paranormal but to have a faith in God. I have seen more to believe that a paranormal exists than to say it doesn't.
