bisexuals- whats your view on them?

I'm a lesbian and I have a lesbian friend who doesn't think bisexuals are actually bisexual. I, on the other hand, believe in the gray scale of sexuality which states that we can all be different sexualities at different times of lives, moving up and down the scale between exclusively heterosexual and exclusively homosexual. That doesn't mean you're gonna be gay and then be totally straight - there's just an amount of bisexuality in everyone that changes. I think sexuality in general is a tricky thing to label. It can be very complicated. But for the sake of our minds we simplify it to certain labels.

At the same time I do think there are people (girls particularly) who take advantage of the labels in order to get attention. And they suck.

Ok, the people that say bi's don't exist, thats not true.
And I agree, there are a lot of people that say they are bi just to get a guy's attention.
I am not one of them. I am bi, and I have done things with girls and guys. And it really annoys me when people say that they are bi just to get attention, or they say they are bi, but they dont really have attractions to females.

Being bisexual is just an excuse for saying you don't know what sexual orientation you are, lol. I'm fine with them usually, till they try coming on to me. It's weird, I know I'm not homophobic, but I get a little scared when girls come on to me.

Probably going to get a lot of flack for this, but in my experience, by which i mean my actual day to day life, male bisexuals, female bisexuals, and a small but significant percentage of lesbians...you give them long enough, they all end up with men.
