One of things I like about the Fallout series is "open world" game play, and the ability to quick save at will. Also can save game points which you can go back to and replay a different way with different strategy at any time. Most games totally lack that function. Not to mention the game length is incredible, at well over 100 hours, and far beyond if you explore. Exploring is half the fun, but you can easily get killed that way as well.
