Would making Abortions illegal in the United States be "unconstitional"? If so, how? I know about Federalism and how the National Government can't pass laws regulating abortions in states, but how else would making abortions illegal violate the Constitution? Do you think they should be illegal?

I am pro-life so I think abortions should be Ilegal. I'm also a Christian but I was pro-life when I was an Atheist.
This whole pro-life thing is bullshit when it comes to abortions.... There are so many cases where it would destroy the mothers life.... in turn also making the childs life miserable..
I think alcohol should be illegal everywhere, but that's just me. Alcohol doesn't benefit us in any way. But I think banning it is considered federalism.
Isaah, women shouldn't get pregnant if they know they can't take care of a child.
Thats just fuckin bullshit.. Even under worst case where 2 kids get carried away and she ends up preg.... At an age where society says she cant even drive a car, and the law says she's not able to make decisions for herself... Why should she fuck up her whole life just over one mistake, In most cases both the mother and child grow up in missery... How can you call that pro-life.

In my case, my girl was pregnant at 15yo... Instantly her family diss-owned her simply because she got pregnant... We struggled for many years living however we could turning to crime, drugs and whatever I had to do to provide for our twins. But still suffering in one way or another, and therefore the babies were suffering too...

Most of these mums dont have a guy to stick by them... Most dont have a education because they got pregnant and couldn't go.... most end up on the streets and on drugs... Most end up in prostitution..... Most of the children grow up misserable, and end up in crime and on drugs and in prostitution themselves... And most could avoid all of this if they had an abortion...

How do you call that pro-life.... and all because a young kid made one mistake
We don't get to have a discussion about whether we're going to have abortions or not. There is no possible way to make that happen. The discussion we get to have is "are we going to have safe, clean, supervised abortions supplied by a qualified medical professional with comprehensive aftercare, or are we going to have dirty, dangerous, unsupervised and unsafe procedures". People ARE going to get abortions. People that want them tend to REALLY want them. Enough to do something stupid and dangerous.

Considering the awkward legal gymnastics used to put Roe v Wade in place, it wouldn't take much to overturn it...just as long as you had the right people with the right views.

I don't think access to legal abortion should be overturned, it has saved lives, but Roe v Wade should be revisited by the Supreme Court and placed upon a more stable base.
