Would a bolt chat be universally welcomed? I've done some checking and I think it would be possible to set up an external chatroom but I'm not sure how to tie to the site and keep it private for bolt members only.I know the easiest way to make a chat is with the site's administrator tools ( like I did when I had built bolt5 a few months back), but since we are having this discussion it isn't likely.

Restarter only has to click 3 or 4 buttons and it will come back to life. Like enable people to join and chat. The modules are already in place.
