thank you Jefft for taking ur time answering my inquiry. We're about to implement the peachtree 2010. I'll be spearheading the implementation with the Support of Peachtree Technical Team based in US. Unfortunately, Crystal Report is not included in the support. I've a bit knowledge of it (through self-study only since I'm actually an Accountant in profession) but I could not create a report where I wanted to reflect our cash activities i.e. cash sales, cash purchases and receipts. I wanted to show these transactions in one report only. The thing is, I am successful entering the customers details but once i mixed it with the reference (which is the equivalent data field for Invoice Numbers), the customers details disappear. It's so frustrating. We've tried to look for a local assistance but none is available. That is why am wondering if somehow somebody here is utilizing the same and would be kind enough to provide me a sample of this report and I will just enhance it according to my requirements. Just a start you know. Do you know someone?

If you're still having issues you need to make sure you're linking the tables correctly and in the right place. Sounds like you've got a bunch of tables linked to the wrong fields and/or incorrect joins.
